A 27-year veteran of the athletic training profession, Ken Lowe returns for his 19th season as the Head Medical Trainer for the Edmonton Oilers in 2007-08. Lowe, 53, joined the Oilers on July 6, 1989 and was a member of the 1990 Stanley Cup championship team. Head Equipment Manager
Barrie Stafford is currently in his 27th season with the Edmonton Oilers' organization and in his 26th as the team's Head Equipment Manager. Since joining the Edmonton training staff in 1982-83, "Staff" has contributed greatly to the success of the Oilers. He has been a member of Edmonton's five Stanley Cup championship teams and was the trainer for the Campbell Conference All-Stars at the 1989 NHL All-Star Game held in Edmonton. ...more

Equipment Manager
Lyle Kulchisky is in his 32nd season as a member of the Edmonton Oilers' training staff. "Sparky", as he is better known, has been a fixture in the Edmonton dressing room since the team's days as a member of the World Hockey Association. Joining the team in 1975-76, he worked as a dressing room attendant for three seasons (1975-76 to 1977-78) until joining the Edmonton Oil Kings of the Western Canadian Junior Hockey League in 1978-79. ...more

Equipment Manager
Jeff Lang begins his fifth season with the Edmonton Oilers since joining the team’s training staff in 2003-04. Working with long-time Oilers’ equipment manager, Barrie Stafford, the 35-year-old Regina, Saskatchewan native looks after the coordinating of equipment and supplies used by the Oilers as well as equipment inventory, maintenance and repair. ...more

Assistant Medical Trainer/Fitness Coordinator
Hoyer returns to the Oilers training staff for his second season in 2007-08, working closely with Head Medical Trainer, Ken Lowe to ensure that the Oilers are physically prepared for the rigors and challenges of the 82-game NHL season. Prior to joining the Oilers in 2006-07, the 41-year-old native or Regina, Saskatchewan spent six seasons with the Kelowna Rockets from 2000-01 to 2005-06. Massage Therapist
The newest member of the Edmonton Oilers training staff, Lines, 30, joins the team after spending the past three seasons (2005 to 2007) with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League. A Registered Massage Therapist, he holds a degree from the Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in Winnipeg, Manitoba and has worked closely with Hockey Canada since 2001. ...more

Dressing Room Attendant
Although he works behind the scenes with the Edmonton Oilers training staff, Joey Moss is one of the organization’s most well known and beloved members. Brought to the attention of the Oilers by Wayne Gretzky, Joey has endeared himself to the players, coaches, staff and fans of the Oilers since he began working in the team’s dressing room in 1984-85. Joey, born with Down’s syndrome, can be seen helping the other members of the Oilers training staff on a daily basis from the start of training camp until the final whistle each spring. ...more
