Donation & Appearance Requests

The Edmonton Oilers proudly supports minor hockey associations and ringette clubs in Northern Alberta through 50/50 draws that take place during 23 Edmonton Oilers homes games.

Player Appearances
The Edmonton Oilers encourage our players and alumni to appear in the community as much as possible, however, the players are very limited during the season by an extremely busy practice, playing and travel schedule.  Please make sure to check the game schedule before making your request. Donations to Charities
Through the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation, the Edmonton Oilers are pleased to offer their support through in-kind donations or financial grants to registered charitable organizations (as defined by the Canada Customs and Revenue Agency with a BN# that ends in RR 0001) in Northern and Central Alberta, who focus their activities on:

Educational Initiatives
Health and Wellness
Youth Programs

In-kind contributions of autographed Oilers memorabilia which may include jerseys, sticks, hats or pictures are made on an ongoing basis. Applications for financial funding are reviewed and allocated twice a year.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept requests from individuals.

All requests must be submitted in writing on company letterhead or via online application form a minimum of six weeks prior to your event. Faxed requests and phone calls will not be accepted.
