#3 - Mark Messier
Second among the all-time NHL points leaders with 1,887 and third in assists with 1,193, Mark Messier played his power forward role to perfection to generate offence and set up teammates for goals. The Moose's most giving season came in 89-90 when he led the Oilers with 84 helpers and 129 total points. Number 11 added 22 more assists in the playoffs as he captained Edmonton to its fifth Stanley Cup championship.
