Why do you love the game of hockey: I grew up around hockey, my grandpa coached my dad, and my dad currently coaches my little brother. We always had a skating rink in our yard so I grew up watching and playing it

What is something unique about you that most people don’t know: I’m a farm girl. I have been showing Angus cattle my whole life. I grew up on the farm, learning, working, having fun and making memories

Why do you want to be part of the Octane: To have this amazing sisterhood that we have created! I have been dancing and watching hockey my entire life so being able to dance and cheer for hockey is awesome

Who is your idol: Choreographer Mia Michaels

What is your performance background: I have been dancing since I was four. I have taken jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, point and hip-hop. I’ve also completed my Royal Academy of Dance exams. Also, my studio led the Disneyland Parade in California and we danced on a cruise ship together.

If money and time weren’t factors, what would you do: Travel the world

Best Memory as an Octane Member: Being declared the 2011-12 Octane onstage together. Also visiting the Stollery Children’s Hospital.
