What is something unique about you that most people don’t know: I am kind of a nerd. I am currently in the Commerce program, and I am really enjoying my leadership classes. I believe that education is important; it has given me a positive outlook on life

Why do you want to be part of the Octane: I want to be a positive role model. I also really love performing

Who is your idol: Kate Middleton and my mom

What is your performance background: I have been figure skating since I was four years old, since then it has always been a passion of mine. I was also part of the Edmonton Synchronized Figure Skating Club for eight years. In 2008 our team won a Silver Medal at the National Synchronized Skating Championships, at the time that was the highest a Western team had placed in our division

If money and time weren’t factors, what would you do: Open up my own animal rescue society. I love animals! I own a teacup Chihuahua named Kiwi and a Siamese cat named Aoki Bear. I visit the SPCA often and am looking forward to soon owning another dog

Best Memory as an Octane Member: I would have to say the anticipation of our first Octane performance at Rexall Place last season, our Octane Bootcamp this season, and both calendar shoots
