ICE SCHOOL
The Edmonton Oilers ICE School program is a site-based educational initiative that gives teachers and students in Edmonton and area the opportunity to move their classrooms into the fascinating world of Rexall Place and Northlands Park for an entire week. The program is made possible through funding from the Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation and is operated in cooperation with Northlands, who provide an incredible range of resources.
The week in ICE School is the focus of an extended study that is planned and implemented by the participating teachers, assisted by a Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator is an experienced educator - seconded from the Edmonton Public School District. If you are interested in participating in the ICE School Program or for more information please contact svanriper@northlands.com
