Oilers recall goaltender Yann Danis
Nikolai Khabibulin placed on injured reserve
General Manager Steve Tambellini announced today the Edmonton Oilers have recalled goaltender Yann Danis from the Oklahoma City Barons of the American Hockey League.
The 5’11”, 182 pound netminder has appeared in 31 games for the Barons this season, posting a 15-13-3 record, with a 3.03 goals against average and a .901 save percentage.
Danis was recalled from the Barons earlier this season and appeared in one game for the Oilers, coming in to relieve Devan Dubnyk on January 22 vs. San Jose.
