Oilers recall Petry

General Manager Steve Tambellini announced today the Edmonton Oilers have recalled defenceman Jeff Petry from Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.
Petry, 23, has played in three games with the Oilers this season recording two penalty minutes and a +2 plus/minus rating. The 6’3”, 200-pound Ann Arbor, Michigan native has also appeared in two games for the Barons collecting an assist and two penalty minutes.
Petry, who was originally assigned to Oklahoma City on October 19, will join the team today in Denver.
