The Edmonton Oilers extend condolences to the family and friends of Dr. Gordon Cameron, who served for many years as the Oilers team doctor. Gordon Cameron was extremely well regarded as an orthopedic surgeon, sportsman, and outdoor enthusiast. During his time as team doctor for Edmonton’s professional sports teams, he was presented with 15 championship rings for his never-ending contribution to the teams he was associated with.
Dr. Cameron passed away at his home in Mexico on April 9th.
