Oilers recall Chorney
Taylor Chorney recalled to the Oilers on January 10, 2011
General Manager Steve Tambellini announced today the Edmonton Oilers have recalled defenseman Taylor Chorney from Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.

Chorney, 23, has collected 15 points (3-12-15) and 18 penalty minutes in 40 games this season with the Oklahoma City Barons.
The 6’0, 190-pound defenseman has appeared in 44 career NHL games with the Oilers recording three assists and 12 penalty minutes.
Chorney, who was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, was drafted by Edmonton in the 2nd round, 36th overall, in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
