Oilers recall Linus Omark and Ryan O'Marra

O’Marra, 23, has 14 points (1G,13A) in 22 games this season with the Barons. The 6’2”, 200-pound centre has appeared in three NHL games recording one assist.
The Oilers acquired O’Marra from the New York Islanders along with a 1st round pick and Robert Nilsson in exchange for Ryan Smyth in 2007. The Tokyo, Japan native was originally drafted by the Islanders in the 1 st round, 15th overall in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft.
Omark, 23, leads the Barons in scoring with 26 points (13G,13A) in 26 games. The 5’10”, 175-pound Sweden native is currently 10th in the AHL in scoring.
Omark was drafted by Edmonton in the 4th round, 97th overall in the 2007 NHL Entry Draft.
