Oilers loan Jacques on conditioning

Edmonton Oilers General Manager Steve Tambellini announced today the club has assigned J.F. Jacques on a conditioning loan to Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League.
Jacques, 25, played in 49 games last season with the Oilers collecting 11 points (4G, 7A) with 78 PIM. The Montreal, Quebec native has not played this season after recovering from a back injury.
He was originally drafted by Edmonton in the 2nd round, 68th overall, in 2003.
Edmonton Oilers hockey is presented in part by the Rexall Family of Pharmacies, Molson Canadian, ATB Financial, TELUS, Cenovus Energy and Ford.
