Edmonton Oilers General Manager Steve Tambellini announced today the club has assigned the following two players to Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League:
Linus Omark (RW)
Chris Vande Velde (C)
The Oilers have also placed the following six players on waivers for purpose of assignment:
Shawn Belle (D)
Alexandre Giroux (LW)
Ryan O’Marra (C)
Ben Ondrus (RW)
Richard Petiot (D)
Liam Reddox (RW)
