Oilers accepting applications for 2010-11 50/50 fundraising
Charity organizations, minor hockey & ringette teams encouraged to apply
The Edmonton Oilers are now accepting 50/50 fundraising applications for the 2010-11 hockey season. Charitable organizations with a focus on youth programs, education and health & wellness, as well as minor hockey or ringette associations throughout Oil Country are encouraged to apply for the fundraising program.
“This is an incredible opportunity for Oil Country charities, minor hockey and ringette teams to raise significant funds,” said Natalie Minckler, Executive Director, Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation. “The EOCF and the Oilers are thrilled to provide local teams and charities the chance to participate and benefit from this program.”
Last year alone, the Edmonton Oilers and EOCF’s 50/50 program raised and distributed over $1.2 million.
Applications for the 50/50 fundraising program will be accepted until July 2, 2010. Follow these links for the charitable and minor hockey/ringette application forms and requirements.
