To start off the day, Simon and Solomon received Oilers jerseys from the Edmonton Oilers and had exclusive access to watch the Oilers and the Rangers morning skate. After practice, they had a surprise visit from Oilers star defenceman, Sheldon Souray before heading to lunch with Oilers President and CEO, Patrick LaForge. To finish off the day, Simon and Solomon got to cheer on the Oilers from their gold seats in the lower bowl.

“It was a day that I will never forget and it truly was the ultimate Oilers experience,” said Simon. “I was so surprised to meet Sheldon Souray and with us both being aboriginal, we had a great conversation and connected”.
