Oilers recall O'Marra & McDonald; loan Reddox
PrintGeneral Manager Steve Tambellini announced today the Edmonton Oilers have recalled centre Ryan O’Marra and right winger Colin McDonald from Springfield of the American Hockey League. They have also loaned Liam Reddox to Springfield.
O’Marra, 22, has five goals and three assists in 21 games this year. Last season he had 10 points (1G, 9A) with 49 PIM.
The 6’2, 207-pound center was recalled earlier this month and appeared in one game with the Oilers before being reassigned.
McDonald, 25, has five goals and four assists in 21 games this season. The Hartford, CT native is in his third year with the Falcons after having played four seasons with Providence College of the NCAA. He will be playing in his first career NHL game.
Reddox, who was recalled on November 7, has played in nine games this season recording two assists.
