The Oilers Rookies and University of Alberta Golden Bears meet at Clare Drake Arena for their annual match-up on Tuesday, September 12 at 7:00 p.m.

The Edmonton Oilers have announced their 2006-07 Rookie Camp will take place in the community of Leduc, Alberta and will feature 23 of the Oilers top prospects (15 forwards, six defencemen and two goaltenders) as they prepare to vie for a spot on the 2006-07 edition of the Edmonton Oilers.

This years camp will open on Saturday, September 9, 2006 with medicals and fitness testing at the Glen Sather Sports Medicine Clinic at the University of Alberta.

The Black Gold Arena in Leduc will host two days of on-ice practices, which run from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Sunday-Monday, September 10th and 11th.

The annual exhibition game between the Oilers Rookies and the University of Alberta Golden Bears will take place on Tuesday, September 12th, with the two teams facing-off at 7:00 p.m. at Clare Drake Arena.

Notables attending camp include 2004 NHL Entry Draft first round draft choices Devan Dubnyk (14th overall) and Rob Schremp (25th overall) as well as defenceman Tom Gilbert.
