The Edmonton Oilers have recalled centre Rob Schremp from the London Knights of the Ontario Hockey League.

The 6'0", 185-pound centre joins the Oilers following the conclusion of London's playoff run that saw the Knights eliminated in the Ontario Hockey League Final by Peterborough.
Schremp, the Oilers' second choice, 25th overall, in the 2004 NHL Entry Draft, led all scorers in the OHL playoffs with 10 goals and 37 assists for 47 points in 19 postseason games.
He played the entire season with the Knights, leading the league in scoring with a career-high 145 points in 57 games. He was also tied for the league lead in goals with 57.
The 19-year-old native of Fulton, New York registered 41-49-90 to finish third on the Knights scoring list and fourth in the OHL scoring race in 2004-05. He added another 29 points, including 13 goals, during a playoff run that saw the Knights win the OHL title and the Memorial Cup.
A member of Team USA at the 2005 and 2006 IIHF World Championships, Schremp has scored 154-230-384 in 247 career games in the OHL over four seasons.
