What if the Oilers owned a restaurant?
The off-season is a time when hockey fans start to imagine all the possible hypothetical situations surrounding their team. Will Fernando Pisani score 20 goals? Who will play left wing on Ales Hemsky\'s line? Who will be the new Oilers head coach? Will the Oilers re-sign Dwayne Roloson or look elsewhere for their number one \'tender?

\r\nWe at edmontonoilers.com have decided to take the hypotheticals to the extreme. What if the Edmonton Oilers owned a restaurant? Would it be called "The Leaning Tower of Pisani"? Would it have a dish called "Stortini Linguine"? Probably not, but we thought we\'d have a little fun.
