On a chilly, snowy March afternoon the Edmonton Oilers Alumni defeated Gord Evers’ St. Albert Stealers in nail-biting fashion at the Coca-Cola Ultimate Street Hockey Game. It came right down to the bitter end when the Alumni edged the Stealers 11-10 in a close contest. Stealers’ coaches Liam Reddox and Steve MacIntyre pulled out all the stops in an effort to tie the game. They called a timeout with a minute left to formulate a plan of attack where they pulled the goalie. The Stealers came within inches of tying the game but in the end the Oilers Alumni left victorious.

Thank you to all the fans who braved the cold to participate in the festivities at the Kingsway Save-On Foods parking lot on March 16th.
