Oilers activate Moreau from Injured Reserve
Captain returns after missing four games due to eye injury

PrintGeneral Manager Steve Tambellini announced the Edmonton Oilers have activated team captain Ethan Moreau from the NHL Injured Reserve List.
Moreau was placed on the NHL Injured Reserve List on March 5th after suffering an eye injury in the Oilers 3-2 win over the Minnesota Wild at Rexall Place on February 28th. He missed all four games (March 3-10) of Edmonton’s recent four-game road trip.
The Oilers open a three-game homestand tonight as they host the Atlanta Thrashers at Rexall Place (7:30 p.m; 630 CHED and Rogers Sportsnet).
