On Tuesday, the Edmonton Oilers practiced at Millennium place in preparation for Wednesday's game against the Montreal Canadiens. The big story of the day was the fact that Lubomir Visnovsky would be undergoing surgery on Thursday for his dislocated shoulder. He will miss the remainder of the season.
We spoke with Oilers Head Medical Trainer Ken Lowe about the status of Visnovsky's injury. We also spoke with Shawn Horcoff, who pronounced himself ready to return to the lineup.
