Matt Greene, Dustin Penner and Kyle Brodziak all paid a visit recently to the World's Longest Hockey Game - currently in progress near Sherwood Park.

The game, currently being played on an acreage outside of Sherwood Park, is an annual fundraiser for the Cross Cancer Institute organized by Dr. Brent Saik. The plan is to play the game for 10+ days. Right now, they are midway through the game having played just over five days.

Anyone planning on attending can find the acreage by following Wye Road east of Sherwood Park to Range Road 220. Turn south for approximately 1.5 kilometers, then east into Saiker's Acres. From there, simply follow the signs to the rink.
