Smith has missed four of the Oilers last five games due to a fractured toe suffered at Phoenix on January 29th and Ulanov is sidelined with a left rib contusion.
Centre Marty Reasoner is day-to-day with a chest injury suffered during the third period of the Oilers 6-3 loss versus Minnesota on Friday, February 10th.
Winchester, the Oilers second choice in the 2000 NHL Entry Draft, made his NHL debut with Edmonton this season. He is scoreless with nine penalty minutes in 14 games with Edmonton in 2005-06. With Hamilton, the 65", 215-pound native of Madison, Wisconsin has scored 14-6-20 with 85 PIM in 26 games. His 14 goals tie him for the Bulldogs lead, while his 85 PIM are second.
Roy (62", 214 lbs.) will be making his NHL debut with the Oilers. Edmontons 10th choice, 215th overall, in the 2003 NHL Entry Draft, has scored 3-13-16 with 82 PIM in 45 games for Hamilton.
