The Edmonton Oilers announced today that they have assigned defenceman Dan Syvret to the Hamilton Bulldogs of the American Hockey League.
Syvret (511", 203 lbs.), the Oilers third choice in the 2005 NHL Entry Draft, had six penalty minutes in 10 games during his first-ever recall to the National Hockey League. He has one assist with six penalty minutes in seven games with the Bulldogs.
